Northminster values our students taking ownership of the events that we have here. It is our desire to see the students here become leaders and we encourage and develop that through Junior Leadership. This is for mature high school students in grades 11-12 who are honestly seeking out Christ in their lives. Mature sophomores can participate by being a Junior Leader "in-training". Junior Leadership is a character development group that meets regularly throughout the year for Bible Study and character reflection. There is an emphasis on being as opposed to doing. However, they are also "junior leaders" for the middle school student ministry and the high school ministry, helping with planning and participating in Middle School Mania, the High School Experience, or Cafe.
