At Northminster, we have a three-tiered leadership team. Each performs a vital role in our work with students. Committee

The Committee is a group of adults who support the Student Ministry by providing the foundation and encouragement for our events here. They also help with very important, but often overlooked aspects of the ministry, such as fundraising for trips.

Adult Leadership Team

Rich Jones Rich is married to the AWESOME Debbie Jones and father of McKenzie Grace and Brennan Matthew (GREAT and awfully cute kids!). He's also the Director of Student Ministry at Northminster He is a middle school and high school leader. He is currently on sabbatical and workin on getting his Master's in Divinity at Fuller and will be back in the fall of 2008. For more info on Rich, check this out! You can also read his blog here... Rebecca Brown Rebecca is on the Student Ministry Staff this year. She graduated last spring from the University of Georgia in Athens. She’s from Alpharetta, Ga and spent a summer here 2 years ago as a summer intern! We’re excited to have her back. She’ll be working in both High School and Middle School ministries. Nate Grubs Nate is attending the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of Finneytown high school. Nate is our all-star music leader for Mania and puts together a pretty sweet band for Experience every week. In his spare time, Nate enjoys antiquing and a good cry while watching a romantic comedy. Jon Girdler Jon is currently also attending the University of Cincinnati as a Civil Engineering student.  he is a first year in UC's program and primarily lead Middle School Mania where he sings in the band. Mike Miller Mike is a student at UC, studying aerospace engineering. He is active in Navigators and pumped to be a part of our ministry at Northminster Students! He also has some pretty mean dance moves. Ask him to show you sometime. Lauren Laskey Lauren is studying fashion design in DAAP at the University of Cincinnati. She is an avid tennis player and is excited about hanging out with our high school girls! Chris Ewald Chris a student at the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of Finneytown High School. He is pretty much amazing at making a fool of himself during annoucements as well as leading really funny skits. Chris is a middle school leader. Sarah Hensey Coming soon... Jean Collord Jean is simply AWESOME. She’s a grandmother with more energy than most of our students! She’s a high school leader and someone everyone loves hanging out with. Karen Kremzar The Office Manager of Student Ministry. Husband, Mark Kremzar and has 2 wonderful children, Morgan and Luke. I spend a lot of my Fall and Spring time helping run Wyoming SAY Soccer.   Here at Northminster I am really looking forward in helping out with this wonderful Student Ministry Team!!!
